Shipping Process

Each piece is handmade to order and shipped within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. To show our appreciation for your patience, we offer free shipping on all US orders over $35.

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges within 15
days of the delivery date. This policy applies to all items, including custom-made products. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Please follow the same steps for returns. While you are responsible for the return
shipping costs, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item on all US orders.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your
returned item. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be
deducted from your refund.

Simple Modifications

We are happy to accommodate simple changes to any item upon request. Just ask!

When you request a change, we will, whenever possible, send you a photo of the
modifications before shipping the item to you.

Some examples:

  • Length Adjustments: Shorten sleeves, pants, skirts, and dress hems.
    Lengthen up to 5 inches without a price adjustment.
  • Add or Remove Pockets
  • Waistbands / Hoodies: Add a drawstring for an adjustable, comfortable
    fit, or change the color of the drawstring.
